Somm Space, in collaboration with Uncorked Vintage Academia, invites you to an elegant comparative tasting exploring sparkling wines from around the world.

Guided by guest speaker Cara A. Collier—WSET Diploma Candidate, Certified French Wine Professional, and Italian Wine Specialist—this experience offers a deep dive into the art of effervescence.

Guests will taste a curated selection of 12+ wines spanning ancestral and traditional methods, including whites, rosés, skin-contact styles, non-vintage and aged expressions (10+ years), as well as boutique, single-vineyard bottlings.

The lineup showcases over 13 regions across 8 countries, including Champagne, Jura, Rhône Valley, Mosel, Querétaro, Catalonia, Istria, Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, Ioannina, and Serra Gaúcha.
