Most of our private tastings include a curated flight of five to six wines presented over approximately ninety minutes.

After decades of experience planning wine events, we have found that this particular pacing allows guests to enjoy a relaxed rhythm of conversation and exploration without being inundated with several wines that they promptly forget. Hosts may also choose to enhance the experience with charcuterie pairings or a multi-course chef dinner for a more luxurious and immersive evening.
